DELAY YOUR ORGASM

But energy drinks or tonics are not the only things that can maintain your stamina and delay orgasm, here are a few techniques to consider.

Contract your PC muscle (pubococcygeus muscle).
This is the muscle that stretches from the pubic bone to the tail bone. It is responsible for helping to control urinary flow and when strengthened by repeated contraction while peeing, you can learn to control your ejaculation
and enhance your sexual pleasure by delaying orgasm.
Testes Tug
When you are about to orgasm, your testes moves upwards toward your body, if you feel this happening, gently pull them down and this will delay orgasm.

Penis tip squeeze.
Gently squeeze below the head of the penis and this will also help to give you more time to stay in there.

Determine your focal point.
If there is a sexual position that you enjoy most and you know once you do it you’ll orgasm in a quick second, then do something else and try not to put too much focus on not ejaculating because over thinking it will cause you to come. It’s all about relaxing and pacing yourself.

Breathing techniques
Make sure your breathing is slow and controlled because it helps to keep you relaxed. Breathing heavily and fast only encourages arousal and will make you climax quicker.
